OZY Admin - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OZY Admin, a Discord application designed to assist with the administration and coordination of Total Battle communities.

By installing, authorizing, accessing, or using OZY Admin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the application.

1. About OZY Admin

OZY Admin provides tools intended to help Discord communities and Total Battle clans manage information, communication, events, and administrative activities.

Features may include:

  • Clan announcements and notifications
  • Event schedules and reminders
  • Calendar information
  • Member and role management
  • Clan statistics and leaderboards
  • Chest and contribution statistics
  • Clan rules and reference information
  • Administrative commands and tools
  • Automated greetings and informational messages
  • Other clan-management and community features

Features may be added, modified, restricted, or removed over time.

2. Eligibility and Authorization

You may use OZY Admin only if you are permitted to use Discord and comply with Discord's applicable terms and policies.

If you install or configure OZY Admin on a Discord server, you represent that you have permission to do so and sufficient authority within that server to grant the requested permissions.

Server administrators are responsible for deciding which OZY Admin features are enabled and which users are authorized to access administrative functions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OZY Admin responsibly and lawfully.

You may not use OZY Admin to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, or other applicable Discord policies
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users
  • Distribute spam, malicious content, malware, or deceptive material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to OZY Admin, its infrastructure, databases, accounts, or connected services
  • Attempt to bypass permissions, access controls, rate limits, or security measures
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unauthorized purposes
  • Interfere with or intentionally disrupt operation of the service
  • Use automated systems to abuse OZY Admin or generate unreasonable traffic
  • Use information obtained through OZY Admin for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Access may be suspended or terminated if these rules are violated.

4. Discord Permissions

OZY Admin may require Discord permissions in order to provide particular features.

Depending on how the bot is configured, these may include permission to:

  • View channels
  • Send messages
  • Embed links
  • Read message history
  • Manage or inspect roles
  • Access member information made available through Discord
  • Respond to commands and interactions

OZY Admin should only be granted permissions necessary for the features being used.

Discord server owners and administrators remain responsible for managing server permissions and determining who has access to OZY Admin's administrative functionality.

5. Data and Privacy

OZY Admin may process information necessary to provide its functionality, including Discord identifiers, server information, user information made available by Discord, application commands, configuration information, clan-related information, and usage data.

Information collected or processed by OZY Admin is handled according to the OZY Admin Privacy Policy.

OZY Admin does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Users and server administrators should not intentionally submit passwords, authentication tokens, financial information, or other highly sensitive information through OZY Admin.

6. Clan and Game Information

OZY Admin may store, calculate, organize, or display information related to Total Battle communities, including information such as:

  • Player names
  • Clan membership
  • Clan roles
  • Event participation
  • Chest activity
  • Contributions
  • Rankings
  • Game schedules
  • Clan objectives
  • Administrative notes

Some information may originate from clan administrators, users, automated systems, publicly available sources, or connected services.

While reasonable efforts may be made to keep information accurate, OZY Admin does not guarantee that all game-related information, statistics, schedules, calculations, or automated results will always be complete, accurate, or current.

Users should verify critical game information before relying on it.

7. Third-Party Services

OZY Admin operates through or may interact with third-party platforms and services, including Discord.

Use of those services is subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

OZY Admin is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, API modifications, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party services.

8. Total Battle Disclaimer

OZY Admin is an independent community project.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, OZY Admin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Total Battle, Scorewarrior, or their respective owners or operators.

All game names, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

OZY Admin is intended as a community administration and informational tool and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9. Availability and Service Changes

OZY Admin is provided on an "as available" basis.

We may:

  • Update the application
  • Add or remove features
  • Change commands or functionality
  • Perform maintenance
  • Restrict access to particular features
  • Temporarily suspend the service
  • Permanently discontinue some or all functionality

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Where practical, significant changes affecting users may be communicated through Discord or other official OZY Admin channels.

10. Automated Information and Decisions

Some OZY Admin features may automatically calculate statistics, classify information, generate summaries, issue reminders, or process clan activity.

Automated results may occasionally contain errors because of incomplete data, synchronization problems, configuration errors, source-data errors, or software defects.

Important administrative decisions should not rely exclusively on automated results when manual verification is reasonably available.

11. Security

Reasonable measures may be used to protect OZY Admin and information processed by it.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

You agree not to attempt to discover, obtain, publish, misuse, or exploit:

  • Authentication credentials
  • Bot tokens
  • API keys
  • Private configuration information
  • Security vulnerabilities
  • Restricted data
  • Other users' private information

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it privately to the contact address below rather than publicly disclosing or exploiting it.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to OZY Admin when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Discord policies are violated
  • The service is being abused
  • Security or privacy may be at risk
  • Continued operation may harm OZY Admin, its users, or third parties
  • A Discord server administrator requests removal of the application
  • Continued service is no longer technically or operationally practical

Server owners may remove OZY Admin from their Discord server at any time through Discord.

13. Intellectual Property

The OZY Admin application, including its original software, interface, branding, documentation, and other original materials, remains the property of its respective developers or rights holders.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of OZY Admin or its source code.

Third-party trademarks, names, artwork, game content, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

OZY Admin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will always be available
  • Information will always be accurate
  • Commands will always operate without errors
  • Data will never be lost
  • The application will meet every user's requirements
  • Third-party integrations will remain available

Use of OZY Admin is at your own discretion and risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators and developers of OZY Admin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use the application.

This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from:

  • Service interruptions
  • Incorrect statistics or calculations
  • Missed events or notifications
  • Administrative decisions
  • Loss of data
  • Discord outages or restrictions
  • Third-party service failures
  • Changes to Total Battle
  • Changes to Discord APIs or services

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when OZY Admin's functionality, legal requirements, security practices, or third-party integrations change.

The latest version will be published at the official Terms of Service URL.

The Last updated date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Continued use of OZY Admin after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Discord Policies

Use of OZY Admin is also subject to applicable Discord rules and policies, including Discord's:

  • Terms of Service
  • Community Guidelines
  • Developer Terms of Service
  • Developer Policy

If use of OZY Admin would conflict with Discord's requirements, Discord's applicable requirements must be followed.
