This Privacy Policy explains how OZY Admin, a Discord application operated by IDEAS Tech Support, may process information when providing community and Total Battle clan administration features.

This policy applies to information processed by OZY Admin itself. Discord and other third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

1. Information OZY Admin May Process

Depending on the features enabled by a Discord server and the way the application is configured, OZY Admin may process:

Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, and other profile information made available to the application
Discord server, channel, message, and role identifiers
Server roles and permission information needed to control administrative features
Application commands, interactions, and configuration submitted to OZY Admin
Messages or message metadata when a feature requires access to them, such as announcements, reminders, moderation, or configured automation
Total Battle player names, clan membership, clan roles, event participation, chest activity, contributions, rankings, schedules, goals, and related clan information supplied to or collected by enabled features
Operational information such as timestamps, command results, error details, rate-limit information, and service-status data used to operate and secure the application

2. Why We Process Information

OZY Admin processes information only as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain its enabled features, including to:

Respond to commands and interactions
Publish schedules, reminders, announcements, and informational messages
Manage application settings, server configuration, and role-based access
Calculate and display clan statistics, rankings, chest activity, contributions, and other configured metrics
Coordinate community administration and clan workflows
Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, and maintain service reliability

3. Discord

OZY Admin operates through Discord. Discord provides information to the application according to the permissions granted to the bot, the interactions initiated by users, and Discord's platform rules.

Discord independently controls and retains information on its platform. Removing OZY Admin from a server does not delete information that Discord itself retains.

4. Clan and Game Information

OZY Admin may organize or calculate clan-related information supplied by server administrators, clan members, configured integrations, automated data sources, or other sources used by an enabled feature.

Clan and game information may be associated with Discord users or player names when necessary to provide leaderboards, reports, reminders, role workflows, or member-specific statistics.

Do not submit secrets. OZY Admin is not intended for passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, financial information, or other highly sensitive credentials.

5. Storage and Retention

Retention depends on the feature and the operational need for the information. OZY Admin may retain configuration, identifiers, statistics, schedules, clan records, and other application data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain historical reporting, resolve technical issues, or meet security and legal obligations.

Temporary operational data may be deleted or overwritten sooner. Data retained by Discord or other third-party providers is governed by those providers' own retention practices.

6. Third-Party Services

OZY Admin may rely on service providers or integrations to host the application, deliver Discord functionality, retrieve configured schedules or data, or support other enabled features.

Only information reasonably necessary for a particular integration should be transmitted to that service. Third-party providers operate independently under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls.

7. Data Sharing

OZY Admin does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be shared or processed only when reasonably necessary to operate the application, provide a requested integration, comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, or protect the security and integrity of OZY Admin, its users, or third parties.

8. Server Administrators and Access

Discord server owners and administrators control how OZY Admin is configured in their server, including which channels, roles, members, and features can access or display application information.

Administrators should grant only the permissions required for the features they actually use and should avoid exposing administrative commands or private clan information to users who do not need access.

9. Your Choices and Data Requests

Users and server administrators can limit future processing by disabling features, changing Discord permissions, avoiding submission of information to OZY Admin, or removing the application from the server.

Requests concerning information controlled directly by OZY Admin, including reasonable requests for access, correction, or deletion, may be sent to the contact address below. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant records.

Requests concerning information controlled by Discord or another provider may need to be directed to that provider.

10. Security

Reasonable technical and operational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, and accidental loss. These may include permission controls, separation of application secrets from public code, restricted administrative access, and validation of configured destinations.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

OZY Admin is intended for use through Discord and is not independently directed to children. Users must satisfy Discord's age and eligibility requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.

12. International Processing

Discord, hosting providers, and other service providers may operate infrastructure in multiple countries. Information processed through OZY Admin may therefore be transferred to or processed outside a user's country of residence, subject to the applicable provider's practices and applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when OZY Admin's functionality, integrations, hosting architecture, security practices, or legal requirements change.
